Es un sueño lejano, asà que por el momento tengo que conformarme con el relato de otras cenas en El Bulli:
My state of mind was a mix of excitement and circumspection: few restaurants have gotten as much press as this one, and I knew that the actual experience could fall short of my expectations. Fortunately, there was no need to brace myself for disappointment. The evening that we spent at El Bulli was every bit as extraordinary, surreal, and more important, joyful, as I’d hoped it to be.

Pues no te dejes llevar por la corriente! Hay cientos de restaurantes muchisimo mejores.
Yo al papanatas ese no voy ni pa tras!
Pero si no has ido, ¿cómo sabes que los hay mejores?
Pues no es una cosa que me llame mucho la atención…
Pues yo si he comido, que no cenado en El Bulli. Y confieso que hay un antes y un despues en mi percepción de la gastronomia…. Una experiencia inolvidable. Por favor huyan de imitadores, no hay comparación.
