July 28, says the groom was fixed as the most auspicious time for the marriage and even the priests could not defer the same. With no other solution in sight, this unique idea was adopted to wed the two. The wedding registration certificate was signed by the bride and faxed to the groom who also signed it and submitted it. The newly weds were happy at being married but both were extremely upset over the fact that the rain gods had the last laugh.
