BlipLog - Mobile Content: Mobile television European standard

The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has announced that DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcast - Handheld) was to be adopted for mobile television services in Europe. DBV-H is a standard from the DBV Organization for the broadcast of TV-like content and data to handheld devices, which have different requirements in terms of power consumption, screen size and mobility. Thus, an additional integrated receiver will allow the simultaneous transmission of television, radio and video channels to mobile phones.
